‘Game of Thrones’ Season 5 Spoilers: A Glimpse to the Past

'Game of Thrones' Season 5 Spoilers: A Glimpse to the Past
Fans are thrilled for the coming of the Season 5 of HBO's hit series "Game of Thrones." The series comes back next year, according to International Business Times. To bridge the events from Season 4 to Season 5, fans will be time travelling to the past to witness a flashback potentially from one of the characters. The elements of flashback and references are typical in George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series.
Season five characters will include Nell Tiger Free as Myrcella, the eldest child of Cersei Lancaster and King Robert Baratheon, but her real father is Jaime Lancaster; Keisha Castle-Hughes as Obara Sand, daughter of Prince Oberyn and a frightening warrior; Enzo Cilenti as Yezzan, a previously rich slaver trader.
Other members of the cast include Alexander Siddig as Doran Martell, Toby Sebastian as Trystane Martell, Jessica Henwick as Nymeria "Nym" Sand, Rosabell Laurenti Sellers as Tyene Sand, DeObia Oparei as Aero Hotah and Jonathan Pryce as the High Sparrow.
There was a session of question and answer with film students in Spain in Lossietereinos, as revealed in EOnline. It looks like the series crew will be making some changes starting the fifth season, changes that will slightly deviate from their tradition during the first season of the series.
Showrunners and executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss gave their preview on season five in the same report in EOnline. "Making the first season, we set a rule: No prophecies, dreams, or flashbacks," said by one of them. "We already failed the first two, and this season we broke the third. So yes, this season will finally have flashbacks," one of them continued. They did not provide any information regarding the character they have in focus for the flashback. However, it is predicted that the flashback will be the opening scene of the season's premiere, as noted in Entertainment Weekly.
The production of the television series also began its filming last week at the momentous Alcazar Palace located in Seville. Osuna, Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Burovink, Croatia are also part of the filming locations.
The highly anticipated fifth season of "Game of Thrones" series will return to the television with a 2015 release date.
