Samsung Galaxy Alpha: An Absolute Stylish Android Phone

Samsung Galaxy Alpha: An Absolute Stylish Android Phone
While Apple products are growing larger and larger, Samsung recently released the Galaxy Alpha which features only 4.7 inches of its display screen.
News at Gadgets NDTV, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha also has a metal frame, which is very different from the usual plastic cases, Samsung devices has, but will still have a smoother plastic back portion.
However, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha's screen falls short as the screen resolution is almost identical to the Galaxy S III's pixel resolution. It also uses the same AMOLED (active-matrix organic light-emitting diodes) technology for the Alpha's screen.
A 12 Megapixel rear camera is also fitted in the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, along with a 2.1 Megapixel camera for the front.
Another feature included in the Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a heart-rate monitor for monitoring fitness of the user and an impressive fingerprint sensor to be used to unlock the phone. The Alpha also has an internal memory storage capacity of 32 GB for a price that's just about near the ranges of 16 GB smartphone available in the market.
India Today said, users will be able to utilize 26 GB of the internal storage memory out of the total 32 GB. Another letdown is that the Samsung Galaxy Alpha will not support MicroSD card expansion.
For its processor, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha will be equipped with the high end Exynos 5430 Octa-core processor, which features four cores clocked at 1.8 GHZ designed for high performance and another four cores clocked at 1.3 GHZ for low performance. Also, 6 instances of the Mali T-628 are included in the device's graphic processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha's accelerometer is also quite accurate in tracking the user's physical activities with minimal errors.
Recently, the U.S. Department of Defense gave the permission to input KNOX security features in qualified Samsung devices, which include the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, as noted in Beta News.
Other phones approved by the U.S. government include Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note Edge, Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5.
The approved Samsung smartphones will be used by the U.S. government for defense networks.
