Final Fantasy 15 News and Updates: Changes Initiated to the Combat System and New Gameplay Features Provided
There were a few problems trying to pin the release of the upcoming game, Final Fantasy 15, but the recent reports place it at some time next year with a demo coming in March of 2015. The game will be released for PlayStation 4, X Box One and possibly a PC version. It is worth noting that Movie-pilot insists that a PC option is less than likely so the PC release may just be a rumor.
On the other hand, the release date is not news coming out about the latest Final Fantasy game. Apparently there are new rumors about three major changes to the combat system. The changes include a 'basic assault button', a 'skill button' which is linked to the character's weapons as well as a 'jump button'. The 'Jump Button' which you well know about is a novelty in the world of "Final Fantasy". Apparently, they have also got a quote on the game's characters from Final Fantasy 15 game director Hajime Tabata.
He indicates, "Ultimately, you'll be able to control 14 characters that will be listed on the screen and you can choose which ones to send out into the battlefield. In comparison to the traditional FF games, magic plays a very direct role in the combat itself. If you see the sight markers that are popping up here and there, if you time the attacks well, you will attack with a critical hit or inflict massive damage." In other news, Kingdom Hearts 3 director, Tetsuya Nomura recently commented to Famitsu on his departure from the development of the game claiming he wanted to focus attention from the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 game. He is also apparently busy working on some of the other Square Enix projects. It goes without saying that Mr. Nomura is a very dedicated staffer with an extremely busy schedule.
