Hulkbuster Armor Avengers 2 Ultron: Why Do Hulk and Ironman Fight?

Hulkbuster Armor Avengers 2 Ultron: Why Do Hulk and Ironman Fight?
After several leaks, rumors, speculations, anticipations, spoiler alerts, and other such things, Marvel Entertainment decided to come up with a trailer to tease fans with what's coming next in the brilliant Avengers franchise.
The trailer had nothing that one would expect and was rather on a darker side where our heroes were taking the beating from some might villains. Ultron, with all his seriousness, seems to destroy the world soon enough and the team of Avengers look scattered and defeated. Captain America's shield is broken, Dr. Banner looks to be in some kind of physical problem, and Tony Stark has messed up the Ultron project.
However, out of this all, the most important question is why are Hulk and Ironman fighting. Their camaraderie, both as Banner-Stark and Ironman-Hulk was a high point in first part of the Avengers series. In fact, Hulk saved Ironman from that mighty fall after closing the alien portal. So, what went wrong? Why did Tony build Hulkbuster in the first place?
In the comic world, Hulkbuster suit debuted in the year 1994 and was upgraded many times after that. Although it is named Hulkbuster, this suit was designed to improved force and power against might villains that have powers like the Hulk. Tony Stark is known to spend a lot of time in his underground laboratory, preparing new armored suits, and Hulkbuster is just one of them.
Spoiler Alert
What happens exactly is that Jarvis goes crazy for some unknown reasons, probably under the influence of Ultron, and turns against his own master Tony Stark. Naturally, it is difficult to handle the suits with Jarvis, the ultimate guide, instructor and operating system behind these suits. With JARVIS program going nuts, it takes control over the Hulkbuster suit and there's just one man that can stop it, the Hulk. Therefore, fans get the ultimate faceoff between two of the best superheroes, well actually one suit and other superhero to witness who wins.
Meanwhile, you must have also noticed a bunch of new characters including the Scarlet Witch and the Quicksilver. Rumors have it that one of these will also die.
