Bobbi Kristina Brown's Hospitalization Update

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late iconic singer Whitney Houston & R&B singer Bobby Brown, has been hospitalized since last Saturday after she was found unconscious in her bathtub in her Roswell, Ga. home. According to the latest statement issued by the family (Feb 2), Brown is still "fighting for her life" surrounded by immediate family.
The full statement reads: "Bobbi Kristina is fighting for her life and is surrounded by immediate family. As her father already stated, we are asking you to honor our request for privacy during this difficult time. Thank you for your prayers, well wishes, and we greatly appreciate your continued support."
Bobbi Kristina's cousin, YF Kennedy, spoke to E! News about Brown, sharing that the family wasn't aware why she was found unresponsive. "Krissi doesn't do drugs," he said. "She hasn't been drinking or doing drugs and she's cut down on cigarettes. She's been trying to get her music together and keep her voice clean. Her voice is so beautiful."
Brown was discovered by her husband, Nick Gordon, as well as a friend on Saturday morning, police confirmed. The Roswell Police Department also confirmed that authorities "took over life-saving measures until an ambulance arrived" on Saturday and that Brown was taken to North Fulton Hospital.
What is most errie is that Brown's mother, Whitney Houston was found dead in a bathtub on Feb. 11, 2012. Her death was caused by accidental drowning, heart disease and the effects of cocaine use.
Prayers are still call forth in such a time of need.
