Creed's Scott Stapp and His Wife Will Appear on VH1's "Couples Therapy"

Born again frontman of rock group Creed Scott Stapp and wife, Jaclyn, are officially heading to VH1's Couples Therapy. Stapp recently had a strange run of bizarre events which even made him broke and homeless. And he even reported of trailing an angel. "I had a psychotic break that was brought on by alcohol and drug abuse," he said. "I was hallucinating. I drove around the United States for a month, following an angel that I saw on the hood of my car."
After he opened up about his struggles with bipolar disorder, Stapp and his wife will appear on the sixth season of the reality program, which will premiere on the network later this year. They are expected to spend three weeks in therapy with Dr. Jenn Mann.
"I had a psychotic break that was brought on by alcohol and drug abuse," he explained to People earlier this month. "I was hallucinating. I drove around the United States for a month, following an angel that I saw on the hood of my car."
The Creed frontman eventually got treatment in an intensive program. He is currently in therapy and takes medication for the disorder. Additionally, he is in a 12-step program and has a sponsor. He previously credited his wife for helping him cope with the diagnosis.
"It was hard to process," he said. "There's a stigma associated with it. But [my wife] Jaclyn kept telling me, 'Embrace it. We love you.' It became a big sign of relief, because finally, we had an answer."
