Kristina Conner Shares Her Testimonies on Her New EP "Get Going"

Singer and songwriter Kristina Conner has released her debut EP Get Going. This set of 6 songs are not just mere songs, but they are tesimonies of what God has been doing in her life.
"The songs are the product of God ministering to me," she says. "They come to life as my fragile, wounded yet healing, and daring heart seeks Him. They too are ministry."
Kristina's message is ultimately one of victory and hope--yes, Jesus promises abundant life in John 10:10. And IT IS REAL! She believes there is so much more to living than most Christians regularly experience. She believes journeying together as believers, sharing struggles and triumphs, and intentionally pursuing ever-increasing intimacy with and surrender to the Lord unlocks that life. Kristina is passionate about joining Jesus in declaring truth, recognizing lies, and shining light on His people for the sake of refreshing, freedom, and fruitful living.
Kristina is a Christian singer/songwriter and speaker from some combination of North Carolina's Piedmont Triad, East TN, and Central KY. She has been writing songs since the age of 15 and has been leading worship and sharing those songs in varying degrees ever since. She has been traveling, speaking, and sharing her music in larger ways than ever over the last year.
Her heart, more than anything, beats for Jesus and soars like a songbird whenever He invites her to join Him in ministry. She has recently graduated from Asbury University with a BA in Christian Ministries and Communciations, excited to use her gifts and the skills she has gained through her education in whatever ministry God lays before her.
Tracklist:
1. Hold On
2. Hungry
3. Get Going
4. Little Seed
5. Vote of Confidence
6. Full Heart
Besides Jesus and music, Kristina loves countless combinations of mint and chocolate, the color blue, and mountain views. She also loves to travel, and she would say that California claims a pretty high spot on her favorite places list.
She is proud to claim loving parents, one older sister (and more family), a group of fantastic soul-mate friends, and an incredibly Christ-like fiancé as her closest supporters. Yet, Kristina has met and loves so many people from so many places. And there is always room in her heart for more! "The purpose of life is loving God and loving people," she says, "and I am always amazed at just how much more capacity God keeps giving me for both!"
Her songwriting favorites and influences include Steffany Gretzinger, Bethany Dillon, Andrew Peterson, and Audrey Assad. But she was also raised on classics from the 70's (especially those in the singer-songwriter tradition of James Taylor) and can belt out many of those lyrics, too. Fun fact: Kristina is great at remembering song lyrics...just never in the right order. She is classically known among loved ones for belting out the second verse when the song first starts. Luckily, the Lord seems to help her remember her own lyrics. "By God's grace!" Kristina admits.
With so many things in life, Kristina recognizes triumph
