ANTHONY FAULKNER Receives International Music Award and Announces GUARDIAN ANGEL Album Release

International Urban Inspirational Artist and Philanthropist Anthony Faulkner has successfully toured four continents sharing his music in churches and performance arts centers, and sharing his heart with children in orphanages and the less fortunate. His musical gifts and world mission efforts were recognized on September 24 in London, England at the 2016 Praisetek Gospel Music Awards where Anthony was awarded the "Best International Artist Award".
Anthony returns to the United States to gear up for his new album release and U.S. promotional tour. Via his own independent label7th Chapter Music, and in partnership with CPI Distribution, Anthony will release his GUARDIAN ANGEL album on October 7, 2016. His forthcoming album is already crossing music genres by impacting both Urban AC and Gospel Radio formats. His Urban AC radio single "Closer" is a collaboration with R&B superstarA'ngela Winbush, while his new Gospel radio single and worship ballad of adoration "You Are Amazing" is rising up the Gospel BDS chart.

Anthony's GUARDIAN ANGEL album also includes special appearances by artists from across the world. The "Faith Remix" features Ugandan mega group Cooper Ssali and G-Way, and "Symphony" features Fabio Carry from Milan, Italy.
With his GUARDIAN ANGEL album Anthony combines his personal life experiences and current world concerns and events in his writings to uplift and promote change to the nations. "Anthony is a powerfully driven artist who is literally taking his ministry to the World," says Kurt Carr, Stellar Award winning songwriter/artist. "He's a good guy with a good voice and has a philanthropic heart - especially toward Africa where he spends a lot of time every year doing concerts and charity work."
