Planetshakers’ Youth Band planetboom Releases “Praise On Praise”
The dynamic, multicultural youth ministry of Planetshakers Church, planetboom, releases "Praise On Praise" single today (July 26) at Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, Google Play and more digital and streaming outlets globally from Venture3Media (V3M).
Produced by Planetshakers' worship leader Joth Hunt and creative director Josh Ham, written by Ham and youth pastor, songwriter and drummer Andy Harrison and featuring worship leaders and recently engaged couple, Aimee Evans and Noah Walker, the musically progressive "Praise On Praise" declaration conveys the goodness and greatness of God.
My God's got no limits
My God is the biggest
My God reigns on high
That's why
Praise on praise on praise on
("Praise On Praise" chorus)
The new single and video follows planetboom's first full-length album, companion book and audiobook, all entitled Jesus Over Everything, which released amidst acclaim earlier this year (March 22).
"planetboom's debut full-length release is a leap forward for youth worship, combining an incredible myriad of styles in a seamless presentation unlike anything else out there today," says NewReleaseToday.com's Kevin McNeese. "This truly is worship for a whole new generation that pushes the bar forward on what a live recorded worship experience can be."
The 11-track Jesus Over Everything album features title track "Jesus Over Everything,"Hebrews 4:15-16 inspired "Run To You," Revelation 4-inspired "LEMME TELLYA," encouraging "New Levels" and declarative "Praise Over Problems" and "I Belong," while the companion book delves into the rich themes of these songs. Author Andy Harrisonespecially created the book for young people and anyone seeking to enrich their faith journey. Receiving wide acclaim from noted pastors, authors, youth directors and others, the book reveals to readers how they belong, have purpose, are covered by grace and are deeply loved by their Creator who is worthy of all their praise and to be put "first" in their lives.
The Jesus Over Everything book and/or audiobook is available now at Amazon.com,Amazon Audible, Apple Books, Apple Books (audiobook), Barnes & Noble (Nook) andRakuten Kobo, and the album is available at Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play,Google Store, Amazon Music and YouTube.
Harrison also created a YouVersion devotional companion for the Jesus Over Everythingbook that is available now at http://bible.us/r/43g. This reading plan looks at some foundational truths for building a personal relationship with God and putting Jesus over everything that life throws at us.
The diverse youth culture at planetboom, representing at least 60 nationalities, is finding its own voice to share with the world. "Out of this environment, the young people are finding an expression, their own identity," says Harrison. "It's the same message as the larger Planetshakers Church, but they are offering a different way of expressing it, expressing our heart for God."
