Crisis is an American Drama series that is aired by NBC television network. This drama series is about the kidnapping of children from the most elite in the society. The story unfolds with many twist and turns. The first one hour shows a lot with one bombshell after the other leaving you with a lot of questions and wondering what the whole purpose for taking the children as hostages is.
NBC broadcasted Crisis as part of the 2013 to 2014 network television schedule. On March 16th 2014 Crisis premiered with the series stars involving Dermot Mulroney (Francis Gibson) the ex CIA analyst who betrays the government and is the mastermind behind it all. Rachael Taylor (Susie Dunn) FBI Special Agent, Gillian Anderson (Meg Fitch), the CEO of an international IT company and Susie's older sister among others
The series was created by Rand Ravich for 20th Century Fox Television. However on May 9th 2014 midway through the production of its first season NBA canceled it. The remaining of the episodes were aired on May 25th while the season finale was aired on June 21st.
The scenes were shot at Ballard High School and were filmed at Northside College Prep in Chicago on May 12 2013. The story unfolds when the children of Washington DC elite including the president's son are taken on a school road trip and fall into an ambush where they are later taken as hostages. This becomes a national crisis and the secret Service agent Marcus Finley finds himself in the middle of the whole drama as he is the only one who had direct contact with the kidnappers on the first day of work as the president's son bodyguard. Agent Susie Dunn an FBI agent discovers that her niece (and we later discover is the daughter) is one of the kidnapped children as she is the daughter to CEO Meg Fitch. We later come to realize that things are not as they seem and the one you think is innocent of the whole crime and is just a victim as everyone else is indeed not as blameless as you think.
Now this series has left people schmoozing about it, the main question however is, will it continue wowing its fans? That is left to see if it will get more seasons in the feature.
