Multi-award-winning and nine-time GRAMMY nominee Matt Maher has released 4 different version of "Run To The Father." Maher first released the song on his 2020 album Alive and Breathing. "Run to the Father," based on Jesus' prodigal son parable, captures the beautiful moment when the prodigal son realizes his mistake and turns back running to his waiting father.
Maher sings, "I run to the Father/Fall into grace/I'm done with the hiding/No reason to wait/My heart needs a surgeon/My soul needs a friend/So I'll run to the Father/Again and again/And again and again."
