Luke Bower Releases His Full-Length Album, "Dopamine and Jesus"

Singer-songwriter Luke Bower has released his debut album, Dopamine and Jesus, available now across all platforms. With every song written solely by Bower, the ten-track collection delivers a raw and unflinching exploration of doubt, belief, mental health, and spiritual longing. Blending Americana roots with a restless spirit, Bower carves a sound both intimate and vast - a soul-baring collection that refuses easy answers.
"I wrote this album in solitude for months," shares Luke Bower. "Over that time, I both literally and metaphorically banged my head against the wall. I hardly spoke, ate, or slept until every last melody and lyric were right. Some nights I wrote until the sun came through my blinds. I bled for this music. I hurt for it. But I loved it and nurtured it every step of the way. Every voice from every person I've ever been is somewhere on this album - even the ones I tried to hide. I hope you can hear them. I hope it helps you somehow. This is my best work."
Bower first gained attention with his EP, Man On Fire, released in 2024, which earned over 20 million global streams and landed him on editorial playlists across the Americana, Country, and Christian genres.
Dopamine and Jesus builds on that foundation, earning strong editorial support across platforms - including Spotify's New Music Friday and All New Country playlists and a Nashville Spotify billboard, Apple Music's New Music Daily, Today's Christian, and New in Americana playlists, along with playlist and on-platform marketing support from Amazon Music - further cementing Bower's arrival as a compelling new voice in American songwriting.
The release follows Bower's coast-to-coast "Dopamine and Jesus Tour," where he connected with audiences and previewed the deeply personal songs that anchor the album. He will continue touring throughout the Summer and Fall of 2025, with additional dates to be announced soon. Bower is also confirmed to perform at AMERICANAFEST 2025 in Nashville this September. A limited-edition signed vinyl pressing of the record is also available.
