Newsboys Announce "Worldwide Revival (Deluxe)" Available May 30

Worldwide Revival Part One, released by Newsboys in 2024, offered a powerful anthem of faith, hope, and unity - echoing the spirit of a global awakening. Now, the revered Christian band is building on that project with Worldwide Revival (Deluxe), a special edition of the acclaimed album, available May 30, 2025. Boasting four brand new studio recordings, as well as two new versions of songs from Part One, Worldwide Revival Deluxe marks the completion of the project amidst a season of unexpected change within the band. Pre-Order/Pre-Save Worldwide Revival (Deluxe) here.
"We've been on the Worldwide Revival Nights tour for nearly a year now, and have seen firsthand the way that these songs have connected with listeners across the world. It's been an interesting year for our band, but despite the changes within our lineup, we wanted to come together to finish this project well," says new lead singer, Adam Agee.
New additions to the project are brand new original songs Fortress and New Name, covers of popular worship songs Death Was Arrested by Northpoint Worship and God of Promises by Damascus Worship, as well as new versions of How Many Times (oh how You love me) and Christ and Christ Crucified - both with vocals by Adam Agee. How Many Times (oh how You love me) released to DSPs in March, and is currently in the Top 20 at Christian radio. The focus track of the deluxe album is Fortress, a song inspired by Psalm 91 and the numerous ways this year that Agee, Frankenstein, Phillips, and Davis have had to lean on God as their fortress.
The upcoming release of Worldwide Revival (Deluxe) comes on the heels of major momentum for the band. Since the debut of the original album's first single, "Heaven on Earth," on March 15, 2024, Worldwide Revival has amassed more than 32.2 million streams and broken into Billboard's Top 40 charts for both Adult Contemporary and Christian Airplay. The album has made a significant cultural impact across digital platforms, with over 10 million video views and 45,000 short-form video creations using the album's audio. In addition to their musical achievements, Newsboys have continued to engage in meaningful conversations around faith, purpose, and culture with appearances on top podcasts including Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley, The Sean McDowell Show, and That Sounds Fun With Annie F. Downs.
With Worldwide Revival (Deluxe), Newsboys reaffirm their commitment to creating music that inspires, uplifts, and points listeners to Jesus - a message they'll continue to carry live as the Worldwide Revival Nights Tour resumes May 17 in Ketchum, Idaho. In June, the band will head north for a highly anticipated Canadian leg of the tour with stops in Calgary, Toronto, Winnipeg, and more; for tickets and tour dates, visit www.newsboys.com/tour.
