iOS 8 Features On iOS 7: What They Did Not Tell You?
An Apple experience is best experienced by those who actually own an Apple device. Reading about it or hearing about how good an iPhone is or Macbok Air is not the same as actually using it. If you do not own an Apple device, it's simply impossible to appreciate the features that Apple has developed and rich simplicity associated with Apple devices.
This is probably why existing Apple users awaited the release of iOS 8 so eagerly from the last couple of months. Now that it is released, the new OS is said to have some impressive features that Apple users simply cannot live without once they get to experience them. The few reports on the upgrades the new OS offers demonstrate this.
In the iOS 8, photo albums and messages are revamped. It's easier to browse through the albums and search for pictures in any possible manners. Moreover, messages will be more advanced with voice attachments, videos, pictures and location share, much like What's App and Line. The new OS also offers a new keyboard function that can recognize the tone of user's voice and aid typing accordingly.
Health application and support are also offered. Apple intends to use such functionalities for a healthier users, especially once the device is synchronized with the upcoming iWatch. From these, it is easy to see why the new platform is far superior compared to the iOS 7.
What They Didn't Tell You?
Apart from these usual features, did you know that Siri has a new friend called Shazam, which can recognize songs being played when asked? Additionally, developers get to add their own widgets with the system along with outstanding integration with other Apple devices.
Another special feature will be the phone's ability to send last location just before its battery is about to drain off completely. But that doesn't mean that iOS 8 vs iOS 7 battery life is low. The 'Find My Phone' option is also worth coveting the new OS for.
