The Woman in Black: Angels of Death Movie Release Date, Reveals, Reviews Rumors and Plot: Susan Hill who Wrote the Novel to Write the Screenplay
If you watched the movie The Woman in Black in 2012, then you will be more than happy to hear that the sequel is finally coming to you screens on 30th of January 2015. If you did not watch the movie, you definitely need to go find it. The English horror movie was based on a novel of the same name and featured Daniel Radcliff, also known as the kid from under the stairs in that movie about quiddich or Harry Potter. The horror movie and the book have a rich storyline and which earned the move 127 million dollars at the post office.
The movie might not have been the raging success that Avatar and Titanic, or better yet Harry Potter was but it did earn enough money for Hammer films to announce a sequel as early as April of 2012. In the first movie there was a house haunted by a woman in black who has knack for being around when children die. In the second installment, Eel Marsh, the house the woman in black haunts is converted into a safe house for children escaping the London bombings in world war two. The children are sent to this abandoned estate with a caretaker in the country to keep safe but it son turns out that the not so friendly neighborhood ghost is back. Their caretaker, Eve, must save the children form this dark force that seeks to pick them off one by one. The movie shall no doubt be terrifying as all horror movies that include children always are, add to that children with English accents and we shall all be shaking in our boots. The good thing about this sequel is you don't really need to have watched the first installment to get to know what is going on here as the only character that is being brought forward is the lady in black.
Names on the cast list include Helen McCroy, Jeremy Irvine, Adrian Rawlins and Phoebe Fox. Susan Hill who wrote the novel on which the movie is based shall be writing the screenplay alongside Jon Crocker. The movie is directed by Tom Harper whose most notable work is no doubt the English series Misfits.
