Nokia Lumia 730 News, Release date: Nokia's selfie smartphone unveiled at the IFA event in Berlin
Nokia Lumia 730 news: After a series of upgrades on its X20 and X25 models, Nokia has developed its mid-range Windows based phones, starting with the dual-sim Nokia Lumia 730, which was unveiled together with the LTE-powered Nokia Lumia 735 and the Nokia Lumia 830 at the recently concluded IFA event in Berlin.
IFA is reputedly the world's leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances.
Expectations are high as Nokia Lumia 730 is one of the Finnish company's highly anticipated phones after Microsoft's acquisition of the company earlier this year.
Measuring only 134.7 x 68.5 mm, Nokia Lumia 730 is the first product developed by Nokia to have a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, earning its reputation as the best smartphone for taking selfies in the market today.
Nokia Lumia 730 specifications also feature a 4.7-inch, 720p display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 6.5-megapixel rear camera, 8GB internal storage, microSD card support, 4G capability, Qi wireless charging, and a 2,000mAh battery. Nokia Lumia 730 comes in vibrant color options and runs on the latest Windows OS, Windows 8.1. Windows earlier reported that its operating system has a rapidly growing user base.
