Apple Latest News and Updates: How to Use iOS8 'Health' App?
After a bit clumsy launch from Apple, finally the HealthKit app prepares itself to join the store again. HealthKit will offer several different types of facilities to keep fitness records and maintain a good diet.
By using Apple HealthKit, users will be able to store their fitness data and the developers has integrated the app so nicely that it would collect the information together from different health apps and user will be able to share it with his/her private doctor. Tracking options like steps, exercise, blood pressure, blood sugar, burned calories are revolutionary achievement from the developers. All the health data can be collaborated and examined by the Health app or other third party apps. Medical ID tracking system has been also added. The medical ID will allow the doctors to check the health emergency data like blood group, blood sugar, blood pressure, heart beat rate with instant glimpse. The HealthKit apps may be short now but soon it will be filled with new health apps that will expand the services far more.
Fitness app named MyFitnessPal allows tracking the food records and exercising steps. Users will be able to follow the fitness routine but the data entry would be manually integrated.
Another app named Carrot Fit mainly tracks steps and weight as well as exercise routine. It might be shameful for those who don't maintain regular exercise routine. It keeps the record and treats the user with valuable comments. Some comments might be shameful if the user neglects to work hard.
7 Minute Workout tasks let the user to prepare a fitness routine with fixed timing. For making the instructions clear it redirects to random exercise instructional videos. This app has already gained a lot of popularity in the store.
WebMD app also tracks health records. It also has automated reminder for medicine taking time. It assists the user to monitor blood pressure, blood sugar rate. User can check previous test results from the record and can manage to examine the fitness improvements with proper tracing system.
